Both the South African Government and members of the private sector have suggested reforms to the public-private partnership (PPP) framework to ensure that they deliver on their potential to accelerate investment in much-needed infrastructure. The big questions are whether, and how, intention can be translated into action. This is the third in a series of three recordings on infrastructure-related PPPs in South Africa.
